It is important to remember that individual conflicts do have an impact on the entire cast and crew, and we ask that all members be mindful of this when scheduling personal engagements.

For those involved in extra-curricular activities, we strongly advise communicating the rehearsal and show dates, as well as our conflict policy, with coaches, directors, and teachers before accepting a role. This will help to avoid any potential conflicts and ensure a clear understanding of your commitment to the production.

For all actors, we ask that you keep in mind your commitment to the production once you have accepted a role. If you anticipate a potential conflict, please let us know in advance so that we can make informed decisions and prepare for the production. Open communication with the staff is key.
