Meet the Production Team.

  • Rachel Meinhart - Director

    Rachel Meinhart, a Spring Hill native, grew up in recording studios doing voiceover and vocal work for Lee Greenwood, Franklin Graham, Veggie Tales, and LifeWay Productions. She is a proud graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she earned a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance (2014). She has since gone on to perform with theaters such as The Goodman Theatre, Broadway in Chicago, Apollo Theater, Theater Wit, and the Royal George. Most recently, Rachel appeared in Nashville Rep’s production of RENT. Other favorite credits include The Wolves, Hairspray, Elephant & Piggie, Chicago, Sisters of Swing, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Mr. Burns, and Violet as well as Norwegian Cruise Lines’ For The Record Live: The Brat Pack. Television appearances include Chicago PD, Parks and Recreation, and Nashville as well as a national campaign for Buddig.

    Aside from her time spent on the stage, Rachel has been fortunate enough to be a teaching artist at one of Chicago's top children's theater programs! She has created developmental curriculum and shows for young artists from the ages of 4 to 18. Favorite titles taught include Hamilton, Wicked, Moana, Polar Express, The Sound of Music, Trolls, and Wizard of Oz plus many more.

  • Kelly Cline - Assistant Director

    Kelly Cline has been working as an actor, director, and educator in the arts for the past 10 years. Most recently, Kelly appeared in The Center for the Arts production of Beautiful–The Carole King Musical. Other favorite credits include The Sound of Music (with Source One Five), Into the Woods, The Wild Party, and No, No, Nanette. She is currently working on the production team for Dolly: A True Original Musical, set to make its world premiere in Nashville this summer. Kelly is also an acting coach and has had the immense privilege of working with so many amazing young artists over the years. She would like to thank her family and friends, especially her Mom & Dad, for their unwavering love, support and encouragement. Psalm 103:1-5

  • Abigail Levy - Music Director

    Abigail is so excited to join the queens at Source One Five for SIX: The Musical! Abigail has been involved with theater around Nashville for the past 10 years and on keys for shows for the past 5 years.  Performing credits include Chaffin’s Barn Dinner Theater, Street Theatre Company, At Pro, Centerstage Theater. Music directing/Keys credits include Missoula Children Theatre, CYT, Franklin Playhouse, Centerstage Theater. Abigail is a rising sophomore at Oklahoma City University completing a BM in Musical Theatre. She would like to thank Rachel and the entire team at Source One Five for making this experience lightening in a bottle. Enjoy the show! 

  • Cassie McDade - vocal Director

    Cassie McDade (formerly Trabucco) was born in New York but grew up in Nashville doing any kind of music or musical theater she could find. She did her first show when she was 6 and fell in love with every aspect of the theater. Cassie got her Associates Degree in Commercial Entertainment from Columbia State Community College and later graduated from MTSU with a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Studies with emphases on Musical Theater and Dance and a minor in Music. Now, between teaching voice lessons, recording demos and cleaning harmonies, her days are filled with music. Though she has music directed for almost 4 years at CYT Nashville, this is Cassie’s first show with Source15, and she couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this spectacular show. Congratulations to the 6 Queeniest Queens and the rest of the crew! Enjoy the show!

  • Lily Schwarz-Peterson - Stage Manager

    Lily is delighted to join Source One Five for their production of SIX: The Musical, Teen Edition as the Stage Manager. She is a passionate theatre artist and a recent graduate of Belmont University, where she earned her BFA in Theatre Directing.

    Lily has been actively involved in a variety of productions both at Belmont and in the greater Nashville area. Previous credits include Stage Manager for Love’s Labor’s Lost, a collaborative production between Belmont University and the Nashville Shakespeare Festival, and The Spitfire Grill with the Renaissance Players. She has also served as Assistant Stage Manager for Next to Normal, The Sound of Music, and Radium Girls with Source One Five, and Assistant Director for Silent Sky at Belmont University.

    Lily is grateful to Source One Five for continuing to welcome her into such a vibrant and supportive creative community. She would like to thank her husband for his unwavering support, and is honored to be part of this unforgettable production of SIX: Teen Edition.

  • Deidra Alexander - Assistant Stage Manager

    Deidra is so incredibly honored to be a part of the Six team!
    As a Franklin native, her love for performing bloomed in her local community at an early age. She went on to Western Kentucky University where she earned a BA in Theatre with concentrations in Musical Theatre and Arts Administration.
    She currently is the assistant coordinator at WCPR children’s theatre and continues to direct, choreograph, and perform in within the Franklin/ Nashville community.
    She wants to thank Source One Five for this incredible experience getting to learn and be a part of this amazing cast and production team!

  • Sam Wilde - Lighting Designer

    Sam is so excited to be designing another incredible production for Source One Five. He is a Nashville native and works professionally in the TV & Live Production industry. His credits include; Theatrical: Peter and the Starcatcher, Godspell, The Christmas Schooner, Guys and Dolls, Radium Girls, The Sounds of Music. Touring: Chris Tomlin, Russell Dickerson, We The Kingdom, CeCe Winans, Lady A. TV: The Stellar Awards, CMT Awards, K-LOVE, CMA Awards, Black History Honors, Black Music Honors, People Choice Country Awards, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Christmas and the Opry, Opry Live, The Tony Awards, Bert Kreischer. Sammy is also a four-time Broawayworld Best Lighting Design nominee for his designs for Source One Five. He is so proud of this show and loves every second working this incredible production team. He also wants to thank this remarkable cast for all their hard work and putting on such a beautiful production.

  • Megan McDonnell - Costume Design

    Megan is thrilled to be a part of Source One Five's production of SIX The Musical: Teen Edition as the costume designer. A Chicago-based designer, she has spent the past 12 years honing her craft, designing and creating costumes in her free time. By day, Megan is an environmental graphic designer and helps companies bring their brand to life in retail spaces, but her passion for the arts has always led her to explore the world of costume design. Previous credits in the Nashville area include Latchkey Brigade and A Charlie Brown Christmas with Source One Five Productions, as well as Cinderella and The Little Mermaid with Independence High School. SIX: The Musical Teen Edition marks some of the most complex costume designs Megan has worked on to date, but they are constantly inspired by the cast’s incredible talent and personal goal to fulfill these Six queens' costume dreams. She is excited to share these vibrant designs with the audience!

  • Megan Hardgrave - Set Designer

    Megan has been working in visual and performing arts as a designer, director, and educator for over 20 years. This is her 14th production with Source One Five. In addition to scenic design for Source One Five she is also the current the director at Center Stage Theatre. Design & directorial credits include: Center Stage - Arsenic & Old Lace (2024), The Wizard of Oz (2025), Twelfth Night the Musical (2024), The Importance of Being Earnest (2023), Eurydice (2023),  Beauty and the Beast (2023) - Source One Five – Next to Normal (2024) Sound of Music (2023), Radium Girls (2023), Guys & Dolls (2023), The Christmas Schooner (2022), Godspell (2022), Peter & the Starcatcher (2022), & The Fantasticks (2020). Megan loves to stretch the imagination and elevate the artistry of productions to inspire creative and meaningful storytelling. She would like to thank her children, family, and friends for their constant support and encouragement.

  • Georgia Leming - Dramaturg

    Georgia is a Theatre Guru from Nashville, TN! From performing on sold out stages to reciting Theatre history facts, she encompasses the passion of being a well-rounded Theatre Kid. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Southern Mississippi and has played numerous roles on and off-stage. Her favorite roles include Bridget in Bring It On: The Musical, Pugsley/Dance Captain in The Addams Family, Dramaturg for Into The Woods, and Production Stage Manager for Doctor Faustus and She Kills Monsters. They have been recognized by the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, National Association of Teachers of Singing, and the Spotlight Awards for their work in Musical Theatre and Stage Management. She is proud to be a Teaching Artist through the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and an Adjudicator for the Spotlight Awards. Seek a life useful!
